Vision Warriors Corporation is a Missouri incorporated organization founded in December of 2016. Working in cooperation with local St. Louis municipalities, St. Louis City, St. Louis County and Missouri state governments, our vision is to build homes to create permanent, positive change. Our mission to provide housing for homeless veterans with the same pride they exhibited in protecting our freedom. Our core values are humility, hard work, passion, teamwork, honesty, and integrity.

Vision Warriors Corporation is an all-volunteer organization, having no paid staff. Funding will be provided by member contributions, donations from the public and grants from government and from other nonprofit organizations. All future revenue will be 100% allocated to operations. Vision Warriors currently has one asset which was purchased from the City of St Louis in 2016. It is a multi-dwelling unit, two family flat residence property located on 5475 Oriole Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63120. We are currently in the process of rebuilding this property to house a US Military Veteran and his/her family as this will be our initial showcase home. We hope to continue to procure additional properties and rebuild one house, one block, one street, one neighborhood at a time. We have many partnerships with local organizations that we will continue to leverage. The Vision Warriors activities are summarized below, with estimated percentages of resource (cost and volunteers’ time) allocation.

65% – Volunteer services (general maintenance, building restoration, interpretation)
25% – Administration (meetings, correspondence, accounting, records keeping)
5% – visionwarriorsfoundation.org web site (webmaster functions, content, email)
5% – Annual meeting and other membership events
